Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy – Our New Rootz LLC
We at Our New Rootz LLC want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped out the day after you order (credit card authorization is not automatic and typically takes up to 4 hours), Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. We do not ship on National holidays.
We ship anywhere in the United States for $4.95 per order, no matter how much you order. We ship these orders via the USPS, 3 – 5 business days anywhere within the USA. If you need expedited shipping please call your order in to 877-255-3766 .
We do not ship outside the United States.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

On-line orders can be paid by credit card only.
