At Our New Rootz LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your purchase subject to the following restrictions:
Return authorization must be requested via e-mail (email@example.com) or via phone 877-255-3766 within thirty (30) days from the time you receive the product.
- Returned items will be refunded for the full purchase price. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returned products must be returned in their original packaging. Do not mark, tape, or attach anything to the packaging. Items altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded. For example, items which have been exposed to dyes or perfumes will not be accepted.
- Return freight charges are prepaid by you. Collect shipments will be refused.
- Please allow up to two (2) to three (3) weeks for the refund.
If a manufacture’s defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase at our cost. Replacements will be shipped out by U.S. mail.
